Meet your coach!

Coach Caisa, here! Welcome to Stay Gold Strength! I am a certified personal trainer and have specialties in corrective exercise, strength and conditioning, and nutrition. Like many, or most health and fitness coaches, I was brought to coaching through my own experiences with fitness and transformation goals. Over the last 20+ years I struggled with body image, yo-yo dieting (lots of ups and downs with weight), unsustainable training, injuries, etc. I was doing CrossFit, running and race training, olympic lifting, powerlifting, kettlebell sports, online fitness videos, Peloton... I’ve been in the “best shape of my life” a few times but not without injury or burnout. Finally, I came to the realization that I had no balance in my programming. It was always an intense training phase with strict dieting to an inevitable crash to little to no training and absolute no-brakes, non-structured eating. That cycle does not work for the long haul. So, here we are today. Instead of viewing these cycles as all or nothing, I learned a way to periodize my training that allows for sustainable and maintainable growth and progress and I want to help you do the same. This is about living your best life and being able to do the things you want to outside of the gym for as long as possible!

I am passionate about creating bespoke programming for YOUR individual needs and goals. Health, longevity, fitness for life, mobility, strength, sustainability, and staying injury-free are my priorities in customizing your unique program. I am also working on a few programs that will be available for a nominal subscription fee. These programs will be geared towards athletes with some knowledge of basic exercises and form but definitely accessible to beginners or if you’re coming back from a period of inactivity. Ultimately, I am here to help you gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence to take charge of your wellbeing!
