Do I need gym access for virtual training?

Not at all! Your workouts are tailored to you! If you prefer all home workouts, there are PLENTY of minimal equipment options. Although, having some inexpensive resistance bands and maybe a set of dumbbells will go a long way. Just let me know what you have available to you and I will go from there! 

I have an injury I’m working around. Can I still get training?

If you are cleared for exercise by your health care provider, you can certainly get training! However, I do need to know the nature of your injury, where you are in the rehabilitation of it, and if there are any forbidden movements. What your doc/physical therapist says goes above all else.  

What if I don’t know certain exercises?

The great thing about virtual training is that, unlike just buying a program, everything is customized for your experience level AND every exercise in the app has videos showing proper execution and form. Plus, with unlimited messaging and coach support, I am in your back pocket to answer any questions you might have.
