Virtual Coaching (month-to-month)

$100 billed monthly or $540 for 6 months $960 for 1 year

Stay Gold wherever you are with this virtual coaching package! Great for people who travel, are out of the area, or are looking for guidance and accountability and want to level up their training. Includes virtual onboarding assessments, customized programming, nutrition coaching, monitoring and support through my free app, and twice monthly video chats. In Person (8 week cycle)

$350

If you are new to the fitness game, coming back from an injury, or trying to reach new heights, in person coaching is for you! Great for getting started with proper form and technique, if you have body recomposition goals, or are looking to bust through a plateau. This package includes a fully customized, repeatable program, daily check-in support, 2 1.5 hour in-person assessment/training sessions (at the beginning and end of the 8 weeks) and 6 1 hour training sessions in the gym. Move on to virtual or hybrid training after this 8 week cycle to continue your progress with support and accountability. This is a $100 savings compared to by the hour coaching. 20% off any additional in person sessions. Free park based bootcamps! Hybrid Coaching (month-to-month)

$200 billed monthly

A great value and the best of both worlds! Includes use of my training app to access your customized programming with instructional videos, track your workouts, habits and nutrition, and get daily coach support through messaging. Plus, 1 1.5 hour in-person assessment session per month and 2 1 hour in-person training sessions in the gym. Switch to virtual training when you’re feeling more confident with your workouts and still get 20% off in person sessions when you like.
